Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Address customer inquiries with accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships by offering tailored support
- Stay informed about our services and products to offer expert guidance
- Document client feedback and interactions to enhance service quality
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to grow your skills
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English for effective teamwork
- Prior experience in account support or a similar role is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to address a variety of client needs
- Ability to excel in a remote or hybrid work environment
