Czech Speaking Technical Support agent for Big Search Engine - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to the search engine's functionalities.
- Assist users with inquiries, providing guidance on effectively utilizing search engine features.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to support product enhancements.
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential, along with strong English language skills.
- Experience in technical support or a relevant IT role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Genuine interest in technology and eagerness to assist users is a must.
