Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support in Czech through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and feedback.
- Address and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about product offerings and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM platform.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Strong ability to resolve issues and manage conflict effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative but autonomous work environment.
- Familiarity with the tobacco industry is a benefit but not essential.
- Comfortable using digital communication tools and CRM systems.
