About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Hulling and Shelling Processing division at our Carina West Processing Facility in Wemen, Regional Victoria. As a key leader in our team, you will oversee all aspects of almond processing and play a vital role in driving efficiency, quality, and compliance in our operations.
This is a Full-Time position offering an opportunity to lead and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Salary being offered is between $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing

• Produce product to set quality standards.
• Ensure all facilities under control are kept clean
• Ensure security of all premises, equipment and stock.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of processed product and inventories
• Maintain HACCP plan.
• Source, supervise and train staff as required to achieve required standards.
• Ensure all Occupational Health and Safety procedures are followed, Processing policies are implemented, and that all staff adhere to the Quality Assurance System and Training Programs.
• Ensure all Select Harvests dispute resolution procedures, and disciplinary procedures are implemented correctly.
• To be actively engaged in waste management and environmental practices.
• Ensure shift standards compliance, including OHS, QA, HACCP, SQF etc.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of production techniques, scheduling, and continuous improvement processes.
• Knowledge of food industry standards, including HACCP, QA, and OHS.
• Strong time management, organisational, and resource management skills.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
