About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets by providing clear direction and fostering an engaged workforce. Working in conjunction with the area manager, you will pro-actively develop, drive and support local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store e.g. VIP events. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead, maintain and actively work to ensure strong relationships in a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.
What you will bring
Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a retail shop (preferably fashion and/or recycled goods related)
Proven ability to deliver revenue and net profit objectives through managing others
Staff and/or Volunteer management
Sound presentation and visual merchandising skills in line with current trends
Strong sales and customer service acumen

This role is covered by the General Retail and Wholesale award 2010 - Level 6. Salary from $56,711.20 FTE + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
