What you will be doing: - Contribute to the sourcing and acquisition of land for social housing capital delivery requirements including acquisition of land for redevelopment.- Conduct property market research and analysis to inform decision making and the provision of advice to stakeholders and management in relation to efficient acquisition of land for the housing portfolio.- Use property expertise, social housing business knowledge and the support of corporate systems to inform and advise senior management about property acquisition opportunities.- Contribute to timely and accurate reporting on the progress against acquisition targets that is fit for purpose, agile and responsive.- Prepare correspondence, briefings, reports, information papers and submissions, and other relevant documentation as required.- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of

Mandatory Requirement Current Drivers licence Although not mandatory, a property related degree would be highly regarded.
