Now, we’re searching for a hands-on Assistant Venue Manager to join our passionate team and help create memorable moments for our guests.
About you:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hospitality
• 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred
• Passion for Italian food and an understanding of Italian cuisine is preferred
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Thrive within a fast-paced environment
• Available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including nights and weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving team culture, join us in building our community and welcoming everyone to the family!
• Setting, implementing, and reviewing services to a high standard
• Inspire, develop and train a high energy team of front of house staff
• Supervise and manage the floor to assist in delivering high quality service to guests
• Handle nightly cash procedures and end of night reporting

• Restaurant Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)
