THE OPPORTUNITY


Due to customer demand, Stratco's Berrimah manufacturing facility is looking for two motivated and enthusiastic Truss Operators to join our Operations Team. This position involves using heavy machinery to produce various timber products created for roofing support. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to help the team where needed. If you have the motivation to learn, then we can teach you on the job!


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacturing goods to the customers' requirements
• Interpret product drawings
• General tidiness and maintenance of the manufacturing facility
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• A commitment to producing quality products
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in the manufacture of trusses is desirable
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable and enthusiastic attitude that sets you apart!
