Over 60% of incoming contacts are now handled end-to-end within the assistant, freeing up live agents to work on more complex cases.

Ceba2.0 is the first customer facing Gen AI platform in Australia in a financial organisation which was launched on 22nd Nov 2024. There Gen AI driven chatbot platform solution consists of Co Pilot Studio in Power Platform, Azure and AWS native services. The customer facing chatbot utilises both Deterministic AI and Gen AI to provide support to your digital customers.

We are seeking an Platform Engineer with experience to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and AWS environments. This role will be instrumental in driving our cloud strategy, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of our platform services, while maintaining high reliability and

To be successful in this role, some of the broad roles and responsibilities may include:

Platform Engineering

• Lead the architecture and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS platforms
• Develop and implement automation strategies for infrastructure deployment and management.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cross-platform deployments
• Establish best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization

Site Reliability Engineering

• Define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Implement and maintain observability solutions across all platforms (metrics, logging, tracing)
• Design and implement automated alerting and incident response systems

We're interested in hearing from people who possess the following skills:

• Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Power Platform, Azure (Azure Functions, Azure Dev Ops, Azure AD, etc.), AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.)
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM templates, Cloud Formation
• Knowledge of API design and implementation
• Scripting: Power Shell, Python, Bash
• CI/CD: Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins
• Monitoring & Observability i.e Azure Monitor, AWS Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
