Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance clients’ functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
- Provide interventions for clients with developmental delays, disabilities, injuries, or other conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centred care.
- Educate clients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and strategies for daily living.
- Document assessments, progress, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about the latest research, tools, and techniques in occupational therapy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with children, adults, or NDIS clients is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of assistive technology and home modifications is an advantage.
