The Modern Workplace Technology Engineer will lead Anglicare’s initiative to upgrade our fleet of devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This role requires technical expertise in planning and executing large-scale operating system deployments with minimal disruption to business operations.
Beyond managing the Windows 11 upgrade, the role will also involve optimising modern workplace technologies to improve productivity, security, and user experience.

Are you ready to lead a transformative project that drives productivity and innovation? Anglicare is seeking a skilled Modern Workplace Technology Engineer to oversee our Windows 11 upgrade and optimise workplace technologies for an exceptional user experience.
About the Role:
  • Lead the seamless deployment of Windows 11 across Anglicare’s fleet, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Build and maintain standardised Windows 11 images while automating deployments using Intune.
  • Optimise and support Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, One Drive, Share Point) to enhance productivity.
  • Implement robust security measures, including Intune, MFA, and Conditional Access Policies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to align workplace technologies with strategic goals.
  • Deliver training and technical support to empower users and ensure a smooth transition.
About You:
  • Proven expertise in Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Shell scripting.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Intune and Autopilot
  • Strong experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
  • Ability to manage complex IT projects with a customer-focused approach.
  • ITIL certification (preferred) and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
