Are you passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey?
We’re looking for an empathetic, skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN), where you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, recovery-oriented mental health care to the community.
As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will contribute to the provision of evidence-based, integrated clinical care across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings. Working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team, you’ll ensure that consumer care is personalised and delivered in a safe, professional, and effective manner. Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect care to consumers with mental health needs.
• Demonstrate skill in assessing and delivering nursing care in line with care plans.
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to make informed decisions and plan care.
• Engage with consumers to deliver person-centred care and support their safety and recovery.
• Contribute to risk minimisation and management of challenging behaviours

Essential Criteria

• Current enrolment or eligibility for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• A current practicing certificate.
• Experience or a willingness to provide nursing care in mental health settings.
• Experience working with Aboriginal consumers is highly valued.
