Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organize raw data from various sources to ensure it is ready for analysis.
- Data Analysis: Perform basic analysis and generate reports on key metrics, identifying trends and patterns.
- Reporting & Visualization: Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Database Management: Help maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to understand data needs and provide insights.
- Support Senior Analysts: Provide support to senior data analysts and other team members on projects and analysis tasks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience:
- Previous internship or experience in a data analyst role is a plus but not required.
- Experience with data cleaning, database management, or report generation is a plus.
