We are a privately owned and operated residential aged care home that has been operating in Forest Lake since 2000. Our mission is to help and support people to live their best lives and we are looking for people who are passionate about caring for the elderly!
At Forest Lake Lodge, we adopt a holistic approach to caring for our residents. This means nurturing and supporting each resident's emotional, physical, spiritual and recreational needs and desires. We believe that all staff play a vital role in this and so we are looking for team members who can help us to achieve our mission.
We have lots of different cultures in our home and value everyone's individuality. Whilst definitely not mandatory, we would love to hear from you if you speak any level of Vietnamese.

• Casual
• Earn more money through weekend work! 50% Saturday and 75% loading on Sunday.

Minimum Qualifications

• Cert III in Hospitality is desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Get the opportunity to work in catering, cleaning and laundry!
• Abide by the Code of Conduct.
• Stay up to date with training.
• Any other duties as required.
• Positively contribute to our plan for continuous improvement, with your feedback we make things better!
