We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This position involves a variety of tasks including cleaning, gardening, and general maintenance work across multiple properties or sites. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently to ensure that all areas are well-maintained, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas, office spaces, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, trash disposal, and replenishing supplies.
• Gardening & Landscaping: Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, weeding, and ensuring the landscape is neat and healthy. Seasonal plant care and design may also be required.
• General Maintenance: Handle light repairs and maintenance, including fixing minor plumbing issues, changing light bulbs, repairing doors, windows, or furniture, and conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• On-the-Move Tasks: Travel between multiple sites, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks. Adapt to various work environments, addressing specific needs as they arise.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, gardening, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if traveling between locations).
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.25 – $35.70 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week
