Engineering Manager

An exciting new opportunity for a Electrical Engineering Technician experience to join our Team in Revesby. The position will entail the following main functions:
- Manage engineering staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
- Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions and processes.
- Oversee project logistics and resource allocation.
- Improve efficiency of processes and installation / product designs.
- Assist the project managers to oversee project budgets and engage in cost management strategies.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders including staff and potential customers.
- Collaborate with all departments including the projects, sales, service and rental divisions.
- Liaise with Himoinsa factory engineering team for product development and customised project solutions.
- Forge and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Assist the sale team with project tenders and sales enquiries.
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role
- Be highly organised with a strong ability to work under pressure.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
- Have experience maintaining safety standards, and risk minimisation.
- Possess the ability to pivot between working autonomously and being part of a team
- Experience with Engineering Management

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
