We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join the Community Health team at the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) in Streaky Bay. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a vital part in providing high-quality, customer-focused administrative support that contributes directly to the delivery of community health services.
As part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll deliver administrative assistance to clients, staff, and visitors while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health service policies. You will help manage day-to-day tasks, including data entry, coordinating schedules, and liaising with community members and other agencies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
• Coordinate appointments, data entry, and general administrative tasks
• Maintain effective communication with community health staff and agencies
• Support team members and trainees, contributing to a cooperative team environment
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to health service policies

What we’re looking for:

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High level of competency in office administration and computer software (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in administrative and clerical support services
