• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market and sales strategies to expand new business venture in wind energy, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing team / business unit owners
• Build strong relationships with key market stakeholders, from investors, authorities, contractors to consultants
• Work independently to evaluate wind project technical risks
• Work closely with Finance and Legal teams to evaluate financial and regulatory risks
• Prepare detailed proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities of wind and other RE solutions
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Support pilot project implementation by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to
• Work with Marketing department to develop new strategy in the business proposal and added services for business growth.
• Act as the bridge between clients and the internal sales team / business units to understand commercial and technical needs per customer requirements.
• Provide technical support for review/preparation of proposals, including customer meeting during project development stage.
• Lead on project budget control with detailed BQ understanding and possible cost improvement with value engineering for wind projects.
• Participate in project tendering task force team to lead on commercial part for tender submission.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
Yêu cầu công việc:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Engineering preferably Electrical or Renewable Energy industry
• Preferably > 2 years of on-job experience in Wind Energy project development
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Project
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively within tight deadlines
• Willing to travel/relocate for projects across Vietnam/Malaysia
