Job Responsibilities:

• By establishing solid client relationships and new customer partnerships inside your designated area, you can find chances, gain the trust of your clients, and improve the organization's overall performance.
• To give clients the right systems, products, and solutions, build relationships and comprehend their business.
• Using a methodical sales process, create and oversee sales plans for certain goods, services, or solutions to meet sales goals.
• Continually update the sales management tool with pipeline and forecast summaries.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, Yokogawa support staff, and other business divisions to guarantee effective and transparent communication.
• Preparing quotes and tenders for new system sales inquiries involves the following:
• Assessing opportunities, setting priorities, and identifying technical and commercial risks
• Meetings with customers to determine needs and assess potential solutions
• Coordination and team leadership of all tasks necessary to assemble the quotation/tender document, including final editing of the client proposal document; and solution concept creation in collaboration with the pre-project team

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Technical University
• Proficiency in Korean and English (both verbal and written).
• 3 years of experience as an automation sales engineer and processing engineer/ F&B and Pharma.
• Working or selling experience with ISA 95's Level 2 (Control System), L3 (MES, Product/Energy Optimization), L4 (ERP), IIOT Solutions, Industry 4.0, etc.
• The capacity to exert influence within the organization at different levels.
• Comprehending pricing strategy and negotiating prices and terms with clients.
• Able to negotiate business arrangements and knowledgeable about Incoterms
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel
