Responsibilities

• Analyze design documents to create comprehensive manual test cases that cover functional, integration, and edge-case scenarios.
• API Testing: Perform manual API testing, including sending requests and validating responses for correctness using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Database Validation: Understand and write basic CRUD SQL queries to validate database operations during testing. Read and interpret SQL queries to create appropriate test cases and prepare required test data.
• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute test cases, log bugs, and track their resolution with clear and concise reporting. Retest and verify bug fixes to ensure system functionality.

Job Qualifications
Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in manual testing
• Proven experience in API testing and creating/validating test cases.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in working with CRUD SQL queries for testing and validating database operations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret design documents for test planning.
• Experience with testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar for API testing.

Other Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
