They are now hiring for a Factory Director with strong experience managing manufacturing operations with high integrity and ethics, to oversee the business's operations in Vietnam.
Job Description
This role will be part of the leadership team to drive and oversee the local manufacturing operations of the company in Vietnam. To be successful, you will have a proven track record in working in increasing efficiency and productivity of the plant operations while working well in matrix organizations.
Your other responsibilities include:

• Drive E2E Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations strategies and be responsible for P&L
• Implement a continuous improvement culture within the organization by prioritizing opportunities and execution of a Lean transformation strategy and metrics
• Drive plant cost savings initiatives
• Develop and implement strong organizational ethics and compliance to global guidelines across the organization

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Supply Chain or related field
• At least 15 years of experience managing a plant/factory with a continuous improvement mindset
• Prior experience in MNCs will be highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of Lean and continuous improvements methodologies with proven track record of adopting best practices
• Knowledge of Toyota Production System, Lean Sigma, or other Continuous Improvements principles is a must
• Proficient in Vietnamese with a strong understanding of local culture
