We support our colleagues in the Group by solving their incidents or requests that support their work. As the Cellule Tiers position, you will help to create and manage the vendor's database in SAP.
Job Description

• Create, modify master data of vendor, sub-contract in the third-party repository of SAP.
• Check the validity of the third-party information and correct errors if necessary.
• Follow the Third-party Centralized Unit team mailbox and respond to users.
• Get in touch with users to collect/ clarify information to complete their request.

Job Requirements

• French mandatory.
• Understanding of spelling and syntax.
• Competent at office software, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Understanding of the navigation in SAP ECC is a big advantage.
• Excellent English (writing and speaking).
