Responsibilities:
・Understanding and managing health status: Conducting health examinations for employees, managing the results, conducting stress checks, etc.
・Investigating and improving the work environment: Analyzing risks in the workplace and planning and implementing occupational health measures to improve working conditions and facilities.
・Inspecting and maintaining equipment: Inspecting and maintaining occupational health protective equipment and first aid equipment to create a safe work environment for employees.
・Keeping records: Maintaining work records including collecting, analyzing, and reporting statistical data and filling in a hygiene diary.
・Identifying potential hazards and harmful factors in work at each workplace, conduct risk assessments, and take action to reduce risks (CSR) |
Requirements:
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30-50 years old
・Gender: Males preferred
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Foreign Language: None
・Experience: More than 5 years of experience in safety management
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese skill
・Experience in safety management as a CSR
・Working Experience in a Japanese Company
・Working in a plastic injection company
