Requirements:
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in technical majors)
・Gender: Any
・Age: Any
・Language: English Intermediate level (TOEIC 500) or Japanese Business Level
・Experience: Have at least 3 years' experience in a production management position in manufacturing
・Having experience as a leader or Manager-level
・Can go to Japan for training (Around 2-3 Months)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Japanese skills (equivalent to N2)
