<Job Responsibilities>

• Oversee all tasks related to tax explanations, inspections, audits, and reconciliations.
• Manage and supervise the execution of service contracts for clients.
• Manage the internal operations of the department, and develop employee skills through internal training.
• Control the assignment of personnel and monitor the progress of each project.
• Organize workshops related to tax and accounting topics.
• Provide tax and accounting consulting services to clients through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
• Review financial statements/tax reports for clients on a regular basis.
• May work with tax authorities.
• Discuss, work, and report to the Board of Directors.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: Under 30 years old
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• Gender: Male preferred
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: At least 4 - 5 years of work experience in a Tax & Accounting Consulting firm including:
• Experience in assisting with tax audits and inspections.
• Experience in assisting with tax refund and reconciliation processes.
• Strong experience in personnel management/ assignment
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax systems
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical Skills: Proficient in computer skills, VBA Excel is an advantage
• Other: Dedicated, creative, and able to work under pressure

Pay: 25,000,000₫ - 30,000,000₫ per month
