Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated First Aid Instructor to join our team. As a First Aid Instructor, you will be responsible for educating individuals on essential first aid techniques and procedures.
Gosvea, an E-Verify Enterprise based in Silicon Valley (San Jose), is dedicated to founding the International Community CPR Alliance (ICCPRA) and healthcare training provider ALLCPR. At ALLCPR (E-Verify Enterprise, FBN#690271 CA), we are committed to elevating community health and safety standards across the nation. We proudly offer Red Cross Certified CPR and Basic Life Support courses at nearly 40 locations throughout the United States. Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills and confidence needed to respond to health emergencies effectively.
Our Work Environment Includes:
The CPR Instructor will be responsible for teaching individuals or groups how to perform CPR and use AEDs. The instructor will prepare lesson plans, demonstrate proper CPR techniques, and evaluate students' performance to ensure they have achieved proficiency in Adult/Pediatric/First Aid CPR, AED, and basic life support use. The instructor will work in various settings, including offices, schools, community centers, hospitals, and other locations. Note: The instructor’s teaching methods and content must comply with the American Red Cross requirements.
Qualifications
- BLS Instructor Certification
- BLS Certification
- CPR Certification
- First aid proficiency
- Teaching experience
- Lesson planning skills
- Swimming and lifeguard background
- Adult education knowledge
- Strong public speaking abilities
- Classroom experience
- Excellent communication skills
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
