Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the curriculum for Year 5 students.

- Proficient in creating a well-structured, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Effective at implementing behavior management strategies to promote a positive and safe learning space.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs, ensuring all learners are engaged and supported.
- Skilled in modifying curriculum content and using varied instructional techniques for students with different abilities and learning styles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for clear interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Capable of providing constructive feedback to students and keeping parents informed of their child’s progress.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school staff on lesson planning, school projects, and student support initiatives.
- Open to sharing ideas, resources, and best practices, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Proficient in using digital tools, educational platforms, and interactive technologies like Google Classroom, Smartboards, and learning management systems to enhance instruction.
- Skilled at incorporating multimedia resources to make learning engaging and relevant.
- Flexible and resourceful in managing unexpected challenges and adapting teaching strategies to suit evolving classroom dynamics.
- Demonstrates resilience and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional growth.

- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Valid teaching certification for the primary level.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; native-level fluency is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills, with an emphasis on creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
