VIP Instructor Pilot - AW139 | Permanent | United Arab Emirates

Aeropeople, in partnership with a leading military service provider headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is seeking highly skilled VIP Instructor Pilots with the AW139 type rating.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pilot-In-Command and/or Instructor Pilot in PAC Aircraft.
• Conduct scheduled flights, maintenance checks, and VIP operations.
• Manage mission planning, risk mitigation, and single-pilot or multi-ship deployments.
• Provide instruction to non-qualified pilots and brief crew on safety and mission details.
• Operate flexibly as per requirements while representing the UAE and PAC with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, with at least 1,500 in rotary wing (RW) operations.
• 1,000 flight hours as RW Pilot-In-Command (PIC).
• 800 flight hours on AW139 aircraft.
• 500 hours in multi-pilot (MP) operations.
• 200 hours night flying and 100 hours actual or simulated instrument.
• NVG qualification.
• Knowledge of ICAO regulations.
• AW139 or H145 type rating from an OEM training facility or Approved Training Organization (ATO).
• Recent flying experience: No more than 3 years since last helicopter flight (beyond this requires an assessment by an authorized ATO or PAC Standardization Department).
• Minimum English proficiency level 4 (level 5 preferred).
• High school graduate; BA or BS degree preferred.
