• Strategize Partner Business Development: Craft and execute partner business strategies to scale Genesys solutions and capabilities through our GCC market (excluding Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) partner network.
• Provide Operational Support: Ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively market and sell Genesys solutions.
• Collaborate on Business Plans: Work with partners to develop detailed business plans, including operational processes, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies.
• Streamline Onboarding and Training: Coordinate with internal teams to optimize partner onboarding, training, and enablement, fostering a high-performance partner ecosystem.
• Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and manage partner performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in sales and operational efficiency.
• Integrate Partner Feedback: Facilitate the integration of partner feedback into product development and business processes to meet partner needs and deliver value.
• Manage Partnership Agreements: Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements, focusing on operational clauses that ensure smooth cooperation and mutual growth.
• Lead Operational Reviews: Organize and conduct regular operational reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on future objectives.

• Experience: Proven background in partner management, operations, or business development, especially within the Saa S or cloud-based solutions sector.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partner operations or account management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
