Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Auditor & Tutor specializing in Food Certification to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead food safety audits and provide comprehensive training to ensure compliance with international food safety standards.

• Conduct thorough food safety audits across various food industry sectors in HACCP, FSMS, FSSC & BRC
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs on food safety management systems and certification standards
• Assess and evaluate food safety risks in manufacturing facilities and supply chains
• Conducting Food Hygiene audits
• Stay up-to-date with the latest food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve food safety processes and procedures
• Coordination with all audit team members to agree a final recommendation, consistent with audit findings, including classification of all/any non-conformities.
• Follow-up of non-conformities, or re-audit where necessary, to ensure that they are closed out in line with procedural requirements, using appropriate, competent audit team members where necessary.
• Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation on a timely manner in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfil customer’s expectations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior auditors in developing their skills and expertise
• QHSE audit experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Lead Auditor certification in relevant food safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001...)
• Food Safety Trainer certification
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in food industry auditing
• Proven track record in conducting food safety training sessions
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong understanding of food safety management systems and quality management systems
• Excellent risk assessment and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in auditing techniques and report writing
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally
