About The Job

• Operate heavy-duty buses along designated routes.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of trips.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting.
• Handle passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Adhere to strict schedules for timely arrivals and departures.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.
• Keep the bus clean and presentable.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Manage passenger behavior and ensure a safe environment.
• Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
License/Certification:

• Valid UAE driving license (Required)
