This job is suited for Lady Or Gentleman with UAE customer care experience and admin background.

• Excellent Telephone communication skills.
• Manage Client relations from the presale to post sale, with the aid of a Receiption team.
• Good at written communication with the clients (Whats App / Social media).
• Insure a smooth operational relation with the client (items dispatched on time and the schedule is correctly maintained) this is done with daily briefings on job expected to be delivered from each department.
• This is a 9-7 Job 6 days a week.
• Location is AL BARSHA Dubai.
• CV with Recent Photo MUST be attached.
