The Role
We are seeking an outstanding Arabic Head of Department, who is qualified to teach both subjects to join our school in August 2025. We are looking for professionals who are creative, Innovative and passionate about lifelong learning. The successful candidate should be adaptable, motivated by challenge and have a proven track record of outstanding practice.
What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Language
• Teaching Qualification
• Experience of working within the International Baccalaureate curriculum would be a clear advantage.

Uptown is a Four programme IB World School from Nursery to Grade 12. Our Primary school has recently celebrated its seventeenth-year anniversary while our secondary school opened its doors ten years ago.
