We are looking for an analytical and enthusiastic team member for this huge organization. The role is located in İstanbul.
Being responsible of regular and procedural execution of the Company's Procurement activities.

We are looking for an analytical and enthusiastic team member for this huge organization. The role is located in İstanbul.
Being responsible of regular and procedural execution of the Company's Procurement activities.
Job Description:
- Pricing and supplying all vehicle requests across Turkey.
- To ensure communication coordination between the supplier and the operation unit.
- Providing quick solutions when needed
- Coordinating documentation and system updates regarding supplier.
- Following up tender process.
- Visiting customers and suppliers when necessary.
- Negotiating the terms of the suppliers.
- Co-load or vehicle purchases of all operational (terminal based and non-terminal based) loads or to ensure their realization
- Submitting a price offer to DHL Partners abroad and ensuring timely and correct response to their e-mails,
- Controlling the regular and proper continuation of the operations of import and export, Key Accounts Customers, taking improvement measures, and negotiating with the suppliers in this direction.
- Adopt unexceptional compliance to ISO 9001-14001-27001-50001, ISO 45001 Integrated Management System principals
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent English
- 4-5 years of experience in logistics sector
- Good communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
- Result oriented, achiever, analytical
- Negotiation skills
- Adaptation to flexible working hours
- Having knowledge of products and processes
- Flexible about business travels
