CEMA Empower YOU Support - Accountabilities:
As a Technology Specialist Intern at Microsoft, you will coordinate, facilitate and support the creation and delivery of the CEMA learning sessions with the v-teams by sharing existing guidance throughout the process in order to effectively guide the session owners/attendees in CEMA throughout the year for the Tuesday & Thursday learning sessions, as needed and/or with the Empower YOU Learning Month events in November and February, aligning to CEMA guidance and Executive Learning Council expectations in partnership and with the guidance of CEMA FEM.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities and workload may slightly differ at each event due to changes in priorities at a given time.
Technical Support:
- Maintain a user friendly, and up to date status of the CEMA Learning Portal with the latest technology and resources available, bringing in new design ideas for the learning events that enables CEMA Learners to get the best out of the portal that is reviewed for its performance, functionality and health on a regular basis.
- Develop, support and maintain the Empower U app, and the platforms supporting the app, as a part of the Empower YOU program, supporting the expectations of the Technical Skilling learning curriculum with the direction given by the related GTM Leaders.
- Maintain and own the CEMA Learning alias, ensuring all technical support and follow-up is in place for the performance expected.
- Ensure all sites and apps related to the program are compliant and aligned with accessibility guidelines.
Event creation:
- Manage and monitor CEMA Alias Inbox and Session Owner Teams Channel communications on a regular basis to collect the requests and/or feedback received on learning opportunities, and review with FEM before finalizing the actions.
- Create a calendar schedule for learning sessions recommended/planned, avoiding overlapping among sessions, ensuring the reasonable timelines are established for all available sessions with attention to volume in the region, and according to the guidance of the Comms Team.
- Establish regular communication with the session owners to ensure they are getting the support they need to deliver the sessions aligned with the process in place, coordinate work/deliverables before & post learning session.
- Publish the learning calendar with details on available sessions (time, objectives, presenters and Teams meeting link) on the Empower YOU CEMA Learning portal, keep it up to date.
- Send Teams invites for each learning session to CEMA by using the CEMA Learning alias, including the information on the session details (summary, objectives, time, presenters), aligned with the guidance of the Comms Team.
- Update the “Learning Partners” info on the CEMA Learning Empower YOU portal with the presenters/session owners volunteered to deliver learning sessions.
During and Pre- Learning Session support:
- Check back with the session owners/speakers in 48hrs ahead of their session, ensuring they have submitted the required details to follow the process, and they have everything they need to deliver.
- Attend Sessions, record calls, guide attendees to session info/deck, monitor chat box for questions and comments and stand by to address any issues that may arise during the learning session.
Post-session Follow up:
- Conduct post session analysis to track the success and areas for improvement, update session owners on the outcomes on the Teams Channel.
- Generate attendance reports for each session (secure availability before the Teams invites are sent), track participation by segment & sub area (all up CEMA and sameral org).
- Update the sharepoint with session recording links and ppt for all CEMA access.
- Create weekly required training status reports from the FRI Tool, share with the Learning Champs for each Segment and Sub Area.
- Before the end of each Learning Month event:
- finalize the attendance and participation tracking reports by Segment and Sub Area with overall summary to CEMA ALL & FEM.
- follow up on gift certificates and overall recognition methods in place to follow up with the contributors, order a trophy for the winning teams.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology Management, Business and Technology Administration, or related field
- Basic Programming experience
- Legally authorized to work in Turkey. (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
- Must be Fluent in English
- Experience in platform programming
- Fluent in Turkish
- Previous Project Management Experience
