Therefore, to expand the capabilities of the M9 network in Izmir we are looking for an Operations Manager who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team. The job is an all-round job for all commodities, and all means of transport. There will be enough room for you to develop yourself and we will offer personal training which is required for the job.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from International Transportation and Logistics or a related undergraduate program.
- At least 2 years of experience in export operations/documentation in forwarding service companies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Russian.
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
- Knowledge of market dynamics between Turkey & Russia.
- Meet the operational needs and expectations of customers with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain active relationship with customers and provide proactive updates.
- Teamwork and cooperation with M9 team.
- Conduct and monitor all export and import operations.
- Manage the entire process from booking to arrival of the cargo.
- Following up company defined KPI's with the aim of operational excellence.
- Supporting sales team for pricing and operational inquiries.
- Building and developing strong relations with customers, suppliers and shipping lines.
