We're seeking a Mid-Level UX & UI Designer to join our team and contribute to shaping the overall design strategy for our various products. This role is ideal for someone with digital experience who can manage design projects independently and collaborate closely with design and development teams.
Responsibilities:
Military service must be completed or be deferred at least 2 years for male candidates. Workplace is in ODTÜ Teknokent Ankara. Short listed candidates will be contacted only.

We're seeking a Mid-Level UX & UI Designer to join our team and contribute to shaping the overall design strategy for our various products. This role is ideal for someone with digital experience who can manage design projects independently and collaborate closely with design and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Add value design projects and multiple work streams with minimal supervision.
- Define user models and create user interfaces for new and existing products and features.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design solutions are effectively implemented.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices across different platforms
- Develop project design guide and patterns according to project requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design approach, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Zeplin also Adobe tools (AI, PS)
- Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes.
- A clear understanding of usability principles and user testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
