Summary of the role
Your role will be focused on functional analysis: you are responsible to analyses requirements, propose solutions, estimate the cost, write specifications and coordinate every impacted actor. This is the construction side which goes along with building a product vision. You’ll join a team of PDAs as well as working closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance Engineers.

In this role, you’ll find a chance to:

Assess requirements ;

• Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.
• Analyse business requirements submitted by Product Management.
• Size specification and validation work.

Carry out functional design ;

• Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
• Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.

Overview validation ;

• Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, and give sign off
• Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.

Manage relations with key stakeholders ;

• Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams.
• Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.

About Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent analysis & design skills
• Knowledge of UML diagrams
• SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Experience as a Scrum Master is nice to have
• Understanding of different test tool applications
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation
• Fluency in English
• Good written and verbal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams
