• Perform remote vibration analysis on complex rotating machinery. Troubleshoot issues in steel, paper mills, and cement applications using process conditions, vibration signatures, and oil analysis.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to determine equipment failures and provide comprehensive reports.
• Implement solutions to enhance mechanical reliability, minimize costs, improve safety, and address environmental concerns.
• Lead and participate in incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
• Provide training on dashboard features to customers and conduct monthly visits for technical discussions and service reviews.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and key account updates.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Certification: Level 3 Certification in Vibration Analysis; ARP Certification preferred.
• Experience: Experience: 8+ years in vibration analysis and reliability in the steel, paper, or cement industries.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in RCA, FMEA, and vibration analysis techniques. Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project).Basic knowledge of instrumentation relevant to rotating equipment.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience with complex gearboxes, rolling mills, and paper applications.
• Valid passport and driver’s license.
