• Prepare and develop HR analytic reports using a variety of HR data sources
• Take responsibility for managing the master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues
• To succeed in this role, you will need a strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of data cleaning and data analysis
• Support internal survey processing
• Support data management processes in HR (BI team)
• Assist with other assignments as requested
• Participate in company events as an HRGA team member

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, in Data Collection, or a similar role
• Proficiency in statistics and experience with statistical packages for data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Skilled in technical writing for reports and presentations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
• Good command of English and fluency in Thai
