The opportunity

As a senior consultant, you will contribute to utilizing the potential of digitalization for our customers, and thus build a better business world for everyone.


Your key responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with main stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements
• Drive the design and implementation of the latest supply chain planning technology solutions suited to client needs, and the management of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Proactively identify opportunities to collaborate with local and international colleagues across EY
• Contribute to the development of the Technology Consulting Practice by co-owning client proposals, internal initiatives, and recruiting activities

Skills and attributes for success

• A Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree with a strong academic record of achievement with 5+, or 3+ years of relevant working experience, respectively, including implementation of supply chain technologies
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following planning solutions: SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, o9
• Relevant experience with process mapping or business process re-engineering, especially in Life Sciences / Consumer / Manufacturing industry in context of ERP transformations; previous experience in Consulting is an advantage
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; strong work ethic, growth mindset, and willingness to take ownership and responsibility; proven experience with conveying information tailored to audience needs
• Full professional proficiency in English; good knowledge of German / French is a strong advantage, any other language is considered a plus
• Willingness to travel
• Relevant certifications (Planning Solutions, Project Management methodologies, Agile processes) are an advantage
