The Workplace Experience (WX) team of Philip Morris is currently looking for a WX Communication Specialist in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The role involves maintaining and managing Workplace Experience (WX) messages across all communication channels in Switzerland. It includes supporting other functions to effectively convey their messages to PMI employees, creating content and designs for communication campaigns, and ensuring key messages from PMI and WX are shared within the department. Additionally, the role involves leading local communication campaigns for global topics and initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

Create, edit, and distribute various types of content across onsite and online channels (ONE Switzerland, My PMI, DS etc.) to engage employees and keep them informed.
Develop close collaboration with communication teams in other functions to amplify content and initiatives and to drive WX communication services.
Coordinate the adaptation of global campaigns for local implementation, working closely with other functions, departments, and WX streams.
Partnering with WX colleagues to ensure daily activities and changes are effectively communicated to PMI employees in Switzerland. It includes liaising with WX streams to ensure messages are appropriate, consistent, and timely, both internally and to PMI residents.
Ensure WX communication strategies are aligned with the Company narrative. Analyze current communications and messages for all channels to increase awareness and ensure consistency and accuracy for impactful departmental messages.
Support change communication and develop and maintain WX communication materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

We’re looking for someone with:

3-5 years’ experience in communication
Exposure to international organization/companies
Proficiency in English & French (in oral and writing) is a must
Strong knowledge in using Adobe suite design softwares
Proficiency in text writing and editing in EN & FR
Data savviness and analytical thinking
Strong content creation and writing skills
Web-based and social media communication tools
Excellent collaboration abilities
Strong Business sense and can easily adapt to change
MS Office
