Requirements
We are looking for talent that thrives in high-pressure environments with experience in complex problem solving, who want to grow in a fast-paced environment.
You will rock at this role if you have:

• Previous experience in operations roles or with agile/OKR/lean methodologies
  
• A heart for teamwork, collective mindset and someone who prioritizes the ‘we’’over the ‘me’
  
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment.
  
• French and German will be highly valued.
  
• You are based in Spain or you will in a short time
  
• Passion for strategy execution
  
• Self-starter and hands-on personality, communication skills, charisma and an impact-oriented working style.
