• Bachelor's degree, or experience in a professional field or military
• Experience in cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system
• Three or more years experienced in selling or managing telecommunications solutions with professional services to enterprise customers

We’re searching for an Enterprise Service Manager (ESM) to join the Telco, Media and Entertainment, Games, and Sports global practice of the AWS Professional Services (Pro Serve). The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management in those accounts.

Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.

Key job responsibilities

The ESM will be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolio, and to attain trusted advisor status
• Developing a long-term Cloud Strategy for customers
• Identification and development of specific opportunities and business value propositions
• Deal shaping; including estimations and deal pricing
• Contract negotiations, and closing
• Work with our shared delivery teams, and partner to oversee delivery of projects, and attainment of revenue
