COE Controller (m/f/d)

DEPARTMENT: Controlling / Finance

YOUR TASKS:

• Create COE baselines (breakdown to BOM level, or sub cost group level) that is consistent with COE target setting assumption, along with cost controllers from sourcing and operations (for all the cost functions/levers).
• Support various COE working groups to evaluate COE savings, along with the cost controllers.
• Make correct link between COE measure savings and the sales calc / cost forecast.
Create COE reporting (including cost view) to Project Sponsor and other steering committee members
• - monthly, and Project Owner – biweekly.
• Ensure proper Costing of New Platforms & Developments.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Qualification/Training: Engineering or other studies with experience in the field.
• Complementary Training: Master’s in finance.
• Experience in Wind sector. Capable to work under pressure.
• Team working, resilience, proactivity and leadership skills.
• Negotiation skills in English.
• Spanish or German would be a value.
• 15-20 Years experience in a similar position.
• Availability to travel: Yes 30% time.
