Job Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced software engineers and IT professionals to work on cutting-edge projects in the Dutch market. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team delivering software solutions for large enterprises and government organizations. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa.
Key Positions Available:

• Software Engineers: .NET, C#, Java, Mobile Development (i OS/Android)
• Scrum Masters
• Project Managers

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions for large-scale enterprise and government projects.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in the relevant technologies (.NET, C#, Java, Mobile Development, etc.).
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure high-quality standards for all deliverables, and follow industry best practices.
• Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to meet project goals and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in one or more of the following technologies:
• Software Developers: .NET, C#, Java, i OS/Android Mobile Development
• Scrum Masters: Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, team facilitation
• Project Managers: Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), stakeholder management, and team leadership
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in remote, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
