Job Description
(By no means an exhaustive list)

• Mainly – build strong long-term client relationships
• Work under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Interact, correspond and consult with clients via various means of communication (e-mail, telephone etc.)
• Manage +-200 emails daily
• “Upsell” Company services
• Meet personal/team sales targets
• Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
• Client complaint management
• Remain up to date with company services and service knowledge

Qualifications
What skills and experience are we looking for?
(By no means an exhaustive list)

• 2-3 Years’ experience in customer service and sales
• Very strong admin skills
• Understand MS Outlook
• Can handle high call volumes and large number of emails

The deal:
This is a senior Consultant Position where you will be able to prove yourself. The package consists of a basic salary plus commission.
