Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries effectively through phone and email
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, merchant application processing
• Provide administrative support & technical support to the BD/Sales team
• Provide installation and training to new merchant accounts in the use of payment terminal
• Perform ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with customer service and operation with payments or banking is a bonus
• Detail-minded, customer oriented, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency of MS office, Excel
• Willing to perform delivery and installation of POS terminals
• Ability to speak Chinese other than English to handle queries from non-English speaking merchants
