WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Specialist II, Content Writer Digital Consumer Services SEA&I, reports to the Senior Manager - Nike Direct Consumer Service based in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with teammates who support Consumer Service (CS) and Contact Center Vendors. Also, you'll be partnering with Territory & Global Consumer Service & Ecommerce vendor CS partner.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Digital Content Writer, your role is crucial to ensure the right information reaches the Nike consumer. Your writing speaks to them directly and influences their impression of the brand and the service Nike provide. Your work is the starting point for them as they benchmark how a world-class service experience is like, even before they pick up a phone. With the Nike brand and service voice as your guiding principle for every copy you create, we connect with the consumer by being there for them at all the right moments, providing them with information and guidance they'll need in their Nike Digital journey.

An experienced wordsmith, you write with a clear objective in mind and you're able to analyze complicated topics and technical processes to create simple, succinct articles that can be easily understood by your target audience. You're well-versed in the English language, and perhaps even in one or two more languages.

Responsible for CS content in over 10 countries across the globe, you possess a global mindset and can work with various functional teams across the organization as well as third-party vendors. You're a team player who requires little supervision and is a self-starter.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of editorial work experience (i.e. copywriting, journalism, publishing etc.)
  • Develop comprehensive documentation that meets function needs and organizational standards.
  • Be Subject Matter Expert in CS operation processes and translate them into simple, polished, and engaging content.
  • Manage a team of outsourced content writers remotely.
  • Able to manage multiple assignment and tasks simultaneously and is detailed-orientated and thoroughness in accomplishing tasks through concern for all the areas involved.
  • Ability to shift gears quickly, tackling diverse departmental functions, and working with colleagues across the business in different territories.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
  • Manage the CS content workflow on various communication platforms such as Huddle and Athletes' Knowledge Base (AKB) internally and, information on Get Help site, for external stakeholders.
  • Plan and strategize content support required by x-functional teams for new projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to identify problem areas or procedural deficiencies and proactively suggest improvements to the team.
  • Create, track, and monitor daily, weekly and monthly reporting data and KPI for content and social metrics.
  • Plan and strategize Nike App social commenting strategy for Asia Hub countries.
  • Collaborate with Global Social team and x-functional team on campaign execution and communication strategy.
  • Establish social listening workflow to monitor Nike App community comments and topic trends.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on Nike App community sentiment and notable trends.
