- Hiring, training, and scheduling spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, and support personnel.
- Ensuring staff is adhering to company standards and offering high-quality customer service.
- Managing performance and providing regular feedback to employees.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Overseeing the daily operations, including managing spa appointments, treatments, and customer flow.
- Ensuring spa equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized.
- Managing inventory of spa products and supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Ensuring that the spa complies with local health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Managing spa certification and licenses.
- Overseeing cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the spa.
- North Bridge Rd, Singapore 198736 (MRT” Lavender, Jalan Besar, Nicoll Highway, Bencoolen)
- 6 days work week, 10 - 12 hours
- To be discussed during interview
- Able to work on public holidays
- Able to work 6 days a week
- Able to work and stand for long hours
- Cannot reject assigned clients / jobs
- Proficient knowledge of foot reflexology, Tui Na massage, body oil massage, sports and/or deep tissue massage.
- Decent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent people skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients.
- Experience : Several years of experience in spa operations, wellness services, or hospitality, often with a background in massage therapy, esthetics, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills : Strong management skills to lead a team and ensure high standards.
- Customer Service Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive experience for clients.
